Not many hotels can boast of such an extensive front garden: over 75,000 acres of dunes, woods and rural area. Behind the dunes, a white sandy beach stretches for 14 km. The hotel looks out on the Walcheren woods and dunes. Numerous cycling and walking routes go right past the hotel and the dune crossing to the beach is only few minutes away.
If you choose to rent a bicycle or have brought your own, you will find that the countryside of Zeeland offers plenty of peace and quiet, even in mid summer. When you choose a route along remote country roads, past ancient farms, terps and creeks, the picturesque villages form an ideal resting place. The monumental city of Middelburg, bustling Vlissingen and dreamy Veere offer the opportunity to stroll around, sip a drink on one of the many terraces and do some shopping.
With the Belgian border not far off, a day trip to the stunning cities of Bruges (100 km), Gent (80 km) and Antwerp (100 km) is another must.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per stay for cots.
All children from 2 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child from 5 to 12 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
One further older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
